So because of the hurricane that may or may not be as bad as they are advertising, They want me to cover a shift this Sunday. I totally don’t mind the money, but I am a little worn out due to covering this past Sunday.

*ponders*

He said he would remember me doing this favor for him… Maybe I can get Thanksgiving week off for a quick trip up to NY to visit my grandmother and extended family =).

Found myself doing some deep cleaning and getting rid of some of the clutter. And despite working 5 days of 12 hour shifts I am fine for energy =D… Productivity… I likes it!
 

long day, but enjoyed a nice walk since humidity let up a bit. It didn’t start so great with a horrible headache, but feeling lots better now.

So I went to take the trash out to the dumpster today and arrived to a scene of Yellow Caution tape and police car and a man in an Army uniform standing in the apartment parking lot.

I had a moment of OMG and a brief moment of thinking I had walked into a ‘Closer’ Episode… or one of those other crime drama shows you see on TV. When I asked the police officer about the dumpster he said I would have to talk to the landlord about what to do with the trash, so with a big knot in my stomach I walked into the office to find out what was going on.

I walked in and asked the people in the office ‘is everything okay?’ and they gave me the oddest look. I asked them about the tape and they were like ‘oh we are getting the fence fixed’. And I was like ‘Oh wow, cause I was kind of worried with the police car outside and the army guy.’ They thought about it for a moment and put it together and we all started laughing. They assured me everything was okay and I could still use the dumpster as normal… Army guy and PD car were just coincidence *breaths a big sigh of relief*

hehehe… if anything my life is interesting.

Dream Journal Entry

I had a dream that I was with a group of hikers that were on a trip to the top of this really large mountain. It kind of reminded me of the mountain in LOTR it was so big and the trails were really steep. We had just gotten started on the second half of the trip and had made our way pretty far up the mountain when it started shaking. I felt the ground rumble and someone scream ‘RUN’ We ran down the mountain as fast as we could.

It wasn’t a boulder slide but there were giant dice that were rolling down the mountain at us. Large D20’s, D12’s, and D8 dice that were made of stone and just rolling down the hill to crush us. I ran all the way down to the cabin that was at the half-way point and there tried to doge the large dice that were coming for us.

… then I woke up

What could be better than having a spa day on your birthday =D!

I usually remember my dreams. Sometimes I remember them in just quick flahes and sometimes I come away with the whole thing, like I've been watching a movie. They have always been in color and though I have had dreams repeat themselves the one thing that always comes back and I have a couple every year are Tornado dreams.
I record them in my journal and  have tried to analyze them but they always tend to be a little  bit 'out there' so it is pretty hard to figue how they relate to my life. I have a tag 'Dreams' in my journal and sometimes I like to go back and read them.
